Dog Fouling
PCSOs now have power to issue Cheshire East Fixed Penalty Notices for dog fouling and littering in the parish.
This is of course in addition to the community wardens who also patrol the Parish. The wardens may patrol either in uniform or plain clothes.
Three enforcement charges have already been made. Please don’t be the next.
