Meeting Dates
From 7th May 2021, future meetings will return to a physical format at The New Life Community Church, Fuller Drive.
Public and Press are invited to attend Rope Parish Council Meetings to observe proceedings and at the discretion of the Council may pose questions or make a short statement during the ‘Public Participation’ Item on the Agenda. Members of the public are not entitled to comment during other agenda items.
On occasions, members of the press and public will be excluded from the meetings when the business to be transacted is of a confidential nature e.g. dealing with individual people, contracts and financial affairs.
Meetings are held every two months in the months of January, March, May, July, September and November.
The proposed dates for Rope Parish Council Meetings are as follows. However these may be subject to change.
The Agenda for the meeting is available one week before the meeting.
